This is my favorite picture that I've seen by Joel Sternfeld. Joel Sternfeld takes landscape shots of nature, and shows environmental damage in America. I like this picture because it shows nature thriving in the midst of a big urban area. The green is very luscious and shows a lot of promise for nature to thrive although there is currently a lot of environmental damage taking place in our world.
